The holiday home Villa Pura Vida is located in the harbour area. It is only one block away from the river, which is connected to the water channels. By boat, you only need 2 minutes to get from the boat dock in front of your holiday home to the open water. The location is an absolute dream for boaters.
The beach of Cape Coral or restaurants like the famous beach restaurant “The Boathouse” can be reached within 5 minutes by walk.
Just like our other holiday homes, Villa Pura Vida is very well equipped and you will not lack anything.
We can also hire you one of our boats, which we will then provide for you at the dock, which is located directly behind the house.
Villa Pura Vida is very well equipped
You probably spend the least time of the year on holiday and therefore a relaxed holiday is in the focus of your attention. In our house you will find everything in more than sufficient quantity – no matter if it is about dishes, cutlery or towels.
There is a flat-screen TV in each of our rooms. In the living room even with a diagonal of 65 inches. You can play your own music with your smart phone via our Sonos system. You can also listen to all the radio stations you are used to at home. If you don’t have a smart phone, an iPad is available in the house.You can stream your programmes via satellite Astra.
If you are travelling with small children, we can provide them with a baby or cot in their holiday home. The same applies to a high chair. Please let us know exactly what you need before you arrive via booking request.
Our Villa Pura Vida offers only parking spaces in front of the house. In our garage there are 5 bicycles and 4 kayaks that you can use for free during your stay.
The house is equipped with a central air condition that can be controlled by the modern net-system which makes it very efficient. We offer Comcast high speed internet and free national calls.

Location
Villa Pura Vida is located in the Yacht Club Area. This is the area south of Cape Coral Parkway and east of Pelican Blvd. It is the area where Cape Coral’s history began.
With our kayaks you can explore the branching canal network or simply paddle to the beach to enjoy the sunset at the Boathouse.
The Yacht Club area has been particularly popular for several years.

The rental terms listed are valid for a week with a minimum occupancy with two full paying adults. Please note mandatory additional costs involved if necessary.
Our homes can be payed in euro or dollar on our german or us bank accounts . You can also send us a check. We do not accept paypal or credit card.
